Humble Beginnings

The old apartment is almost vacant and barely recognizable as the place we've called home for over 2 years. In 2 days we will be new homeowners! This abandoned blog will now be reinvented to document the trials, tribulations and triumphs as we venture into the unknown (to us at least) of managing income property.  As we've been told by many people how difficult this path is by those who've ran into problems but also how rewarding it is by those who've achieved success.  It is our hope that this blog will inspire others to attempt to create wealth by investing in real estate as well.  And it can be a rough outline of what to do (and what not to do) as we cut our teeth on this first house.
